LogiNext Germany celebrated a successful debut at the CCH – Congress Center Hamburg, opening up new perspectives for the future of global supply chains. Co-located with ALL ABOUT PORTS, and attracting more than 1,100 participants from logistics, port operations, industry, trade, technology, and academia, the new event format received highly positive feedback from visitors, exhibitors, and speakers. It has immediately established itself as a relevant platform for the digital transformation of the logistics sector.

Over the course of two event days, LogiNext Germany focused on the industry’s key future topics, including artificial intelligence, automation, digital resilience, sustainable supply chains, and connected logistics ecosystems. Expert presentations, panel discussions, masterclasses, and the interactive Prompt-a-thon provided participants with valuable insights and practical perspectives on current developments and innovative solutions. The program was complemented by an accompanying exhibition, where companies and organizations showcased digital technologies and innovations for the logistics of tomorrow, while fostering professional exchange across the industry.

A particular added value was provided by the close integration with ALL ABOUT PORTS. The co-location enabled cross-sector dialogue between logistics, port operations, and the maritime industry, highlighting the growing importance of integrated solutions throughout global supply chains. A visible expression of this connection was the Gateway Hamburg joint pavilion, where companies and organizations from both sectors presented themselves together. The pavilion became a focal point for discussions on the future of digital supply chains, innovative port processes, and new forms of collaboration across the entire supply chain.

Hamburg is one of Europe’s most important logistics hubs and at the same time a key gateway for international trade. It is here that global cargo flows, digital innovation, and maritime expertise converge. LogiNext Germany has impressively demonstrated how important dialogue on digitalization, automation, and new technologies is for the future of the industry. The remarkable figure of more than 1,100 participants for a first-time event like this underlines the strong relevance of the congress and confirms the need for a platform that brings together and connects stakeholders in digital logistics,” says Claus Ulrich Selbach, Vice President Exhibitions Maritime & Energy at Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH.

Exhibitors also drew a positive conclusion. Prof. Dr. Martin Schwemmer, Professor of International Transport Economics and Logistics at Heilbronn University, commented: “I attended a number of well-attended presentations and sessions, which contributed to a highly positive experience for speakers and visitors alike and, ultimately, to a successful outcome for the exhibitors. The dynamic atmosphere provided excellent opportunities for networking, and it was a pleasure to reconnect with several familiar faces, including attendees from beyond Hamburg. Altogether, this was a highly successful launch of the event, and I look forward to following its continued development.

The date for the next LogiNext Germany in 2027 will be announced shortly.
